• Users must interact respectfully with businesses and other members of the community.
• Reviews and ratings submitted on the platform must be honest, accurate, and reflect genuine experiences.

Merchant responsibilities

• Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, promotions, and pricing information.
• Businesses maintain full control over the specials they publish and must ensure that promotions displayed on the platform are honored when consumers visit.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Specials Today does not own, produce, or provide the goods and services offered by businesses listed on the platform.

• The quality, safety, legality, and availability of goods or services are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
• Specials may change or expire at any time as merchants update their listings.
• Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law regarding the use of the app itself.

Revenue and fees

• Specials Today may charge subscription fees or service fees to businesses for platform access and marketing features.
• The platform may also generate revenue through advertising and promotional placements.

Intellectual property

The Specials Today name, branding, logo, platform design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Specials Today. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial discovery of deals and specials.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in relation to the platform will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of that region.
